These include, but are not limited to cervical, thoracic, lumbar epidurals, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation. He also uses ultrasound in order to diagnose and treat many common tendon, ligament, and nerve problems. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine, non-operative spine procedures, orthopedics, sports medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine, and regenerative therapy.

Dr. Ibrahim has published several articles on musculoskeletal medicine. He is also a contributing author in a textbook on how to perform ultrasound-guided injections.
