Physical therapist at PSSM finishes Tough Mudder!

Performance Spine and Sports Medicine would like to congratulate our very own Dr. Aisling Linehan for finishing the Tough Mudder in 4 hours! I’m sure she needed some physical therapy after such an accomplishment. The Tough Mudder is an intense obstacle course that was designed by British Special Forces that tests) 1) all around strength, 2) stamina, 3) mental toughness 4) camaraderie.

There has been a tremendous amount of popularity surrounding Tough Mudder. Gratefullywe have been provided an excellent video interview with Harvard Graduate and co-founder Will Dean (special thanks to Bloomberg L.P. for making this video available). In this interview he discusses the history and state of Mudder Nation!
